This case study showcases our collaboration with João from Portugal, who was captivated by our SYSTEM 3E technology.
João's adventure began when he stumbled upon our online advertising campaign. Intrigued by the philosophy behind our SYSTEM 3E technology, he decided to visit our 3E factory in Poland just a few days later, where he witnessed the capabilities of SYSTEM 3E firsthand. Inspired by what he saw, he opted for the MODULAR III project for his new office.
Logistics made easy
One of the greatest advantages of the MODULAR III project is its simplicity — only one truck is needed to transport all the necessary components to the construction site.

After visiting Poland and meeting with our architect and customer advisor, João swiftly decided to place his order. Just a few weeks later, his MODULAR was packed onto a truck and set off for Portugal. The materials arrived in Portugal within just a week, and our local partners immediately began construction, likening it to assembling Lego blocks.
Furthermore, during the initial days of construction, we organized an open day at the site to showcase the speed and simplicity of building with SYSTEM 3E technology. The event attracted considerable interest from potential investors in Portugal.
Today, João's MODULAR stands as a testament to innovation and efficiency. In just four days, his office was ready to serve as a hub for creativity and productivity, showcasing the versatility of SYSTEM 3E technology.
