It has 25 square meters of space that can be used for many purposes. It’s perfect as a small cabin, cottage, office, storage area, or even a small shop like an ice cream parlor or flower shop. You can also use it as a garden or lakeside house, art studio, bike repair shop, man cave, pool house with a changing area, sauna, party room, or music practice space.
The design is simple and open, making it easy to set up the interior in different ways. We offer you two setup options: a completely open one and the other that includes a bathroom and a small kitchen.
The biggest advantage of MODULAR 03 is that all the elements fit into just one truck! The transport includes all the necessary parts like the roof, windows, and doors. This way, MODULAR 03 is very easy to transport and set up wherever you need.
